1. Use of Website

2. Eligibility

To rent a vehicle or participate in our Joint Venture program, you must:

Be at least 21 years of age
Possess a valid driver’s license
Meet driving history and background check requirements
Provide accurate information during verification

Providing false or incomplete information may result in denial or termination of services.

3. Vehicle Rental Terms

Vehicle rentals are governed by a separate Rental Agreement, which will be provided before delivery or pickup.
That agreement includes:

Payment schedule and fees
Insurance requirements
Mileage limits (if applicable)
Maintenance and breakdown procedures
Late return and late payment policies
Accident and damage liability

You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition, except for normal wear.

4. Joint Venture Vehicle Program

The Joint Venture (JV) program is also governed by a separate written agreement outlining:

Revenue-sharing terms
Vehicle condition requirements
Maintenance responsibilities
Insurance arrangements
Removal, return, or cancellation procedures

Entering the JV program without signing the JV Agreement is not permitted.

5. Payments & Fees

Payments must be made on time using approved payment methods.
Late payments may result in:

Late fees
Temporary vehicle disablement (if equipped with monitoring/immobilization technology)
Contract termination

All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

6. Insurance Requirements

Drivers must maintain insurance coverage as required by state law and their rental/JV agreement.
Failure to maintain insurance may result in service suspension or termination.

7. Website Content & Ownership

All content on this website, including images, branding, text, and graphics, is owned by TMMT Rentals or licensed to us.
You may not copy, modify, sell, or distribute any content without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party companies to assist with:

Background checks
Payment processing
Appointment scheduling
Vehicle telematics

We are not responsible for the policies or performance of those third parties.
Please review their privacy and terms separately if needed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TMMT Rentals is not liable for:

Loss of income or earnings
Business interruptions
Personal property left in vehicles
Third-party service outages
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
